How do I place my property on FSBO Marketplace?
1. Click on the “Sell Your Home” button at the top of any page or simply click here.
2. You will see a list of available packages. Select your package by clicking on the “Select Plan” button. If you are selecting the “Free Listing Plan”, you will click on the “List Now” button and be taken directly to the last step.
3. Confirm your selection on the Checkout page and then click on the “Buy Now” button at the top right.
4. You will be taken to our secure payment page where you will be asked to enter your credit card information and agree to the Terms and Conditions. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Please make sure to verify your shipping information on this page, as well.
5. Click Purchase to complete your purchase. When your transaction is complete you will be shown your receipt. Please print your receipt for your records.
6. You will now be taken to our listing page to create your ad. Don’t worry if you don’t have all of the information you would like to list in your ad, you can edit your listing as many times as you would like at no additional charge.
7. Once you save your ad, we will be notified and will manually activate your listing. Anytime you add a photo to your listing and the hit save, your property will become inactive until we can approve the listing again. We do this in an effort to protect our website visitors and children from potentially damaging or “adult-only” images and photography.
8. Upon approval of your ad, your property will be made live and if you have chosen our Premium Package, your ad will be submitted to all of our website partners for submission to their site.
If I select a package that does not include the MLS or other features, can I upgrade later?
Yes, you can upgrade at anytime. On your profile page, you will see available upgrade options on the right hand side.

What does the Sign Package include and how long does it take to receive?
Our sign package includes a double sided For Sale yard sign and a weather-proof brochure dispenser tube. The yard sign is made of high-quality, durable corrugated plastic and is 24 inches wide by 18 inches tall and comes with a heavy-duty metal stand.
Once the order is received, your sign and brochure dispenser will be shipped via USPS within 2 business days and usually takes around 4 or 5 business days. It may take longer to ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
